So I’ve been testing out my ice cream recipes and this has been the best one I’ve made so far! And so good for once you’ve worked out too as it has protein powder in it! It’s so nice to have something cool when you’ve been working out and it tastes ridiculously good.

All you need is:

-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

-1 greek yogurt (125g)

-2 cups of frozen strawberries

-2 cups of frozen banana, chopped

-1/2 cup of water

First thing you need to do is chop up your fruit and stick it in the freezer over night or until completely frozen. Do notĀ freeze it without chopping it up as you won’t be able to do that once they’re frozen! (Yes I made that mistake once.)

Stick the fruit, protein powder and greek yoghurt in to the blender (it has to be a powerful one) until completely blended. Then add your water. Depending on how you like the texture of your ice cream you can add more or less water. The more water you add, the softer it will be. I sprinkled some goji berries on the top of mine as a topping!
